Les druides confectionnaient des fl\u00fbtes dans son bois au coeur tendre, et plus proche de nous, Harry Potter a une baguette magique en bois de sureau. <br>Ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 un faible tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9 pour les fleurs de sureau, je me suis longtemps demand\u00e9 si ce serait bon de les marier aux baies. Et j&#8217;ai r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi un moment avant d&#8217;imaginer cette recette. C&#8217;est lorsque j&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 le mascarpone sans lactose sur les rayons de la Biocoop que tout s&#8217;est illumin\u00e9.<br>Le fruit\u00e9 des baies n&#8217;enl\u00e8ve rien \u00e0 la d\u00e9licatesse des fleurs dans ce tiramisu sauvage et gourmand. Rien que pour les papilles, cette recette est magique. Alors pour le c\u0153ur, je ne vous raconte m\u00eame pas !  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9parer chez vous, il vous faudra rester attentif\u00b7ve \u00e0 la saison des cueillettes : au printemps, c&#8217;est le moment de r\u00e9colter les fleurs de sureau, et de pr\u00e9parer un sucre au sureau. En fin d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9, ce sera au tour des baies, avec lesquelles vous pr\u00e9parerez un d\u00e9licieux coulis. Cette ann\u00e9e, je ferai le mien moins sucr\u00e9, pour que l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre du m\u00e9lange dans le tiramisu soit encore plus savoureaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, il ne vous restera plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 faire votre version de cette pr\u00e9paration d\u00e9licieuse pour vous impr\u00e9gner \u00e0 votre tour de toute la magie du sureau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6247373e\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Recette du Tiramisu des f\u00e9es<\/h4><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">convient \u00e0 une alimentation, sans gluten, sans lactose<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients pour la g\u00e9noise<\/strong><br>120 g de farine de riz<br>15 g de sucre de canne blond (on utilise peu de sucre, pour \u00e9viter que, une fois que la g\u00e9noise sera imbib\u00e9e de coulis de baies de sureau, le tiramisu soit trop sucr\u00e9)<br>6 \u0153ufs<br>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<br>250 g de mascarpone sans lactose<br>40 g de sucre aux fleurs de sureau + 10 g<br>250 g de coulis de baies de sureau<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la g\u00e9noise<\/strong> <br>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C<br>S\u00e9parez les blancs et les jaunes de 3 \u0153ufs.<br>R\u00e9servez les blancs, et dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les jaunes avec le sucre, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit mousseux.<br>Ajoutez la farine en pluie, puis m\u00e9langez jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<br>Montez les blancs en neige bien fermes, avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<br>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule, incorporez les blancs d\u00e9licatement dans la p\u00e2te.<br>Chemisez une plaque de cuisson et \u00e9talez-y la p\u00e2te.<br>Enfournez 10 \u00e0 15 minutes.<br>D\u00e9moulez et laissez refroidir. <br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la cr\u00e8me<\/strong> <br>S\u00e9parez les blancs et les jaunes des 3 \u0153ufs restants<br>R\u00e9servez les blancs, et dans un bol, m\u00e9langez les jaunes avec le mascarpone et le sucre aux fleurs de sureau, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit cr\u00e9meux et homog\u00e8ne.<br>Montez les blancs en neige bien fermes, et ajoutez 10 g de sucre aux fleurs \u00e0 la fin pour meringuer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les blancs en neige.<br>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule, incorporez les blancs d\u00e9licatement dans la cr\u00e8me.<br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration du tiramisu<\/strong><br>D\u00e9coupez la g\u00e9noise \u00e0 la taille de votre moule, et pr\u00e9voyez de quoi monter au moins deux couches de biscuit.<br>Nappez le fond du moule de coulis de baies de sureau.<br>Installez votre premi\u00e8re couche de g\u00e9noise au fond du moule, puis recouvrez-la d&#8217;une fine couche de coulis.<br>Ajoutez une couche de cr\u00e8me.<br>Imbibez un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la g\u00e9noise de coulis, puis d\u00e9posez-la sur la couche de cr\u00e8me. Recouvrez d&#8217;une fine couche de coulis.<br>Ajoutez une couche de cr\u00e8me.<br>Et ainsi de suite.<br>Terminez par une couche de cr\u00e8me.<br>S&#8217;il vous reste du coulis, vous pouvez vous en servir pour d\u00e9corer votre g\u00e2teau.<br>Laissez reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 3 heures.
