Sous nos latitudes, le froid externe nous offre un petit reparam\u00e9trage bien appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 quand vient la saison des tiques et des moustiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si c&#8217;est normal qu&#8217;il fasse froid dehors en hiver, le froid interne, quant \u00e0 lui, est plut\u00f4t la chose \u00e0 \u00e9viter. En effet, il est terriblement douloureux de ressentir le froid jusqu\u2019aux os, d&#8217;avoir les visc\u00e8res et les articulations serr\u00e9es par le froid, ou la sensation de glace dans les mains\u2026 Mais s\u2019exposer au froid en \u00e9tant bien au chaud en soi peut \u00eatre favorable, ne serait-ce que pour profiter des rayons du soleil renaissant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques trucs simples \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour pr\u00e9venir la fatigue et la frilosit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u2019habiller chaudement <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Garder son corps au chaud semble \u00eatre d\u2019une telle \u00e9vidence qu\u2019il peut sembler inutile de le rappeler, mais il suffit d\u2019observer les gens dans la rue pour s\u2019apercevoir que la saison ne guide pas toujours les choix vestimentaires. Cette fois, tant pis pour le look, l&#8217;important est d&#8217;avoir le corps au chaud. Pr\u00e9servez vos pieds, vos mains, votre t\u00eate, votre gorge, votre ventre, votre dos \u2026 Tout en fait. Polaires, doudounes, gros pulls en laine, chaussettes et collants \u00e9pais, cale\u00e7ons longs et maillots de corps sont de mise. Mais veillez \u00e0 ne pas trop vous serrer, il faut que la peau respire et que le sang puisse circuler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">On attrape froid par la nuque<\/mark><\/strong>. Si l&#8217;on prot\u00e8ge facilement notre gorge, notre nez et notre front du vent froid, il arrive parfois que la nuque soit laiss\u00e9e pour compte. Or la nuque porte de nombreux points d&#8217;acupuncture dont la d\u00e9nomination chinoise comporte le terme &#8220;vent&#8221;, et donc ce sont des endroits par lesquels le vent froid s&#8217;engouffre facilement dans le corps. \u00c9videmment, le port d\u2019un bonnet reste fortement recommand\u00e9, mais prot\u00e9ger vos oreilles et votre nuque est plus important que de prot\u00e9ger le haut du cr\u00e2ne, y compris pour les personnes chauves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\"><strong>On attrape froid par les pieds<\/strong><\/mark>. Veillez \u00e0 porter des chaussures aux semelles suffisamment \u00e9paisses pour vous isoler du froid du sol, et pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez porter des chaussures rembourr\u00e9es pour tenir vos petons au chaud. Parfois, m\u00eame avec de bonnes chaussures, le bout des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s prennent le froid quand m\u00eame. Dans ce cas, r\u00e9chauffez-vous les pieds d\u00e8s que possible, \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un bain de pieds bien chaud ou d&#8217;une bouillotte. N&#8217;allez pas dormir avec les pieds froids ! C\u2019est comme \u00e7a que vous allez tomber malade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dormir suffisamment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si vous sentez un regain d&#8217;\u00e9nergie avec les journ\u00e9es qui rallongent progressivement, assurez-vous de donner \u00e0 votre corps et \u00e0 votre esprit le repos n\u00e9cessaire pour reprendre des forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bouger<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Garder le corps en mouvement pour que le Qi, le Sang et le Yang restent actifs et non stagnants. Attention toutefois \u00e0 ne pas transpirer, et surtout \u00e0 ne pas aller au del\u00e0 de ses capacit\u00e9s. Au plus doux : respirer amplement avec la poitrine (pour rappel, les poumons sont dans la cage thoracique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">User et abuser de la bouillotte<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les pratiques qui aident le Yang \u00e0 \u00eatre fonctionnel, la <strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/marjolainebernard.com\/index.php\/2023\/01\/23\/le-retour-de-la-bouillotte\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"9384\" target=\"_blank\">bouillotte<\/a><\/strong> au coucher (ou lors d&#8217;un moment cocooning) a une place de choix\u2026<br>Sous les pieds, sur le ventre, surtout s\u2019ils sont froids, si la digestion est bof, qu\u2019on est fatigu\u00e9, que les articulations font un concert de cracs bien raides au r\u00e9veil, que l\u2019enthousiasme et la libido en berne, et qu\u2019on va se coucher en pyjama \u00e9pais et chaussettes chaudes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prendre une douche chaude<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir pass\u00e9 un moment dans le froid, profitez d&#8217;une bonne douche bien chaude pour r\u00e9chauffer votre corps et raviver le Yang dans votre corps. Faites couler l&#8217;eau le long de votre dos, et laissez les gouttes tapoter votre nuque, mais aussi la r\u00e9gion de vos reins. Peut-\u00eatre le faites-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 instinctivement parce que c&#8217;est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9lassant, mais c&#8217;est aussi tr\u00e8s efficace pour r\u00e9chauffer des zones \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques cl\u00e9s. Ne sortez pas de la douche avant d&#8217;\u00eatre r\u00e9chauff\u00e9\u00b7e jusqu&#8217;aux  bout des orteils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manger chaud<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n\u2019y a rien d\u2019anodin \u00e0 vivre dans des environnements surchauff\u00e9s et se nourrir d\u2019aliments froids. \u00c7a m\u00e8ne \u00e0 un affaiblissement banalis\u00e9 de l\u2019organisme\u2026 Au niveau Di\u00e9t\u00e9tique \u00c9nerg\u00e9tique Chinoise, pour pr\u00e9server votre Yang, mangez chaud et cuit. Les plats mijot\u00e9s longtemps aident \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer, ainsi que les cuissons au four et saut\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; \u00c9vitez les crudit\u00e9s et les repas froids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 &#8211; Privil\u00e9giez les aliments qui favorisent le Yang. Dans le d\u00e9tail, voici les aliments qui sauvent le Yang en ce moment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">L\u00e9gumes :<\/mark><\/strong> ail, ch\u00e2taigne, ciboule, coriandre, \u00e9chalote, fenouil, navet, oignon, persil, poireau, potiron<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">C\u00e9r\u00e9ales :<\/mark><\/strong> avoine, riz gluant<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">L\u00e9gumineuses :<\/mark><\/strong> pois chiche, haricot rouge<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">Ol\u00e9angineux :<\/mark><\/strong> cacao, graine de s\u00e9same noir, noix, pignon de pin<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">Champignons :<\/mark><\/strong> pleurote<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">Produits animaux :<\/mark><\/strong> agneau, boeuf, crevette, moule, poisson gras, poulet<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">Fruits frais :<\/mark><\/strong> coing, kumquat, mandarine, mangue<br><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\"><strong>Fruits secs :<\/strong><\/mark> abricot, cerise, p\u00eache, raisin<br><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-3-color\">\u00c9pices &amp; plantes :<\/mark><\/strong> badiane, cardamome verte, cannelle de chine, clou de girofle, cumin, curry, feuille de p\u00e9rilla, gingembre, graine de fenouil, jujube, laurier noble, muscade, origan, poivre noir, poivre de Sichuan, sarriette, thym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211; Faites-vous des infusions \/ plats avec le merveilleux duo Cannelle &amp; Gingembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 &#8211; Repenchez-vous sur les plats traditionnels \u00e0 cuisson lente : pot au feu, poule au pot, cassoulet, petit sal\u00e9 aux lentilles, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pratiquer la posture de l&#8217;arbre<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet exercice est \u00e0 la base de toute pratique corporelle martiale, c&#8217;est LA posture par excellence. Si on ne devait garder qu\u2019un exercice de cultivation interne parmi tous, ce serait celui-l\u00e0. M\u00eame 5 minutes par jour font le plus grand bien, je vous encourage \u00e0 la pratiquer !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se masser les pieds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Hiver est la saison qui r\u00e9sonne avec le Rein. C&#8217;est la saison de l&#8217;Eau qui coule dans les profondeurs, \u00e0 l&#8217;image du <em>Q\u00ec <\/em>qui d\u00e9serte la surface pour aller se restaurer \u00e0 l&#8217;interne. Vous masser les pieds, contribue \u00e0 tonifier l&#8217;\u00e9nergie du Rein, dont le point source se trouve sous la vo\u00fbte plantaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une ou deux minutes par pied et vous avez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement aid\u00e9 votre Rein \u00e0 se remplir, juste en quelques minutes !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Pour effectuer votre auto-massage, vous pouvez utiliser une huile de massage (amande douce, s\u00e9same, noyau d&#8217;abricot, coco&#8230;) ou un beurre (karit\u00e9), ou encore une cr\u00e8me hydratante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Installez votre pied droit sur vos genoux, et placez votre pouce gauche dans le creux du pied, juste en dessous de la ligne de d\u00e9marcation de votre &#8220;coussinet&#8221;, la zone d&#8217;appui de l&#8217;avant-pied. Faites de petits massages concentriques dans le sens des aiguilles d&#8217;une montre de plus en plus grands, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 couvrir toute la largeur de votre pied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez \u00e0 vous souhaiter de profiter des grandes joies de cette p\u00e9riode, comme par exemple, le fait de pouvoir profiter d&#8217;un lever de soleil, admirer le givre qui scintille, cr\u00e9er de
