J&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 par pr\u00e9parer la recette traditionnelle, avec du caf\u00e9 et du chocolat, et puis j&#8217;ai eu envie d&#8217;\u00e9largir le catalogue de mes desserts pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi naquit l&#8217;id\u00e9e du tiramisu sureau-fraises, qui combine un des parfums les plus d\u00e9licats de la nature sauvage avec les saveurs gourmandes des fruits de l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9. Pour l&#8217;heure, ce sont les fraises du jardin qui m&#8217;inspirent. Mais l&#8217;ar\u00f4me des fleurs de sureau, qui \u00e9voque des notes de litchi et de rose, se marient formidablement bien avec les framboises ou encore les p\u00eaches. N&#8217;oubliez pas de l\u00e9cher les plats avant de faire la vaisselle. \ud83d\ude0b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-6456fb3c\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Recette du Tiramisu sureau-fraises<\/h4><p class=\"uagb-desc-text\">convient \u00e0 une alimentation sans gluten, sans lactose<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 6 \u00e0 8 personnes<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u0153ufs<br>60 g de farine de riz<br>50 g de f\u00e9cule (pomme de terre, ma\u00efs, tapioca)<br>250 g de mascarpone sans lactose<br>800 g de fraises<br>2 c\u00e0S de sirop de sureau<br>40 g + 3c\u00e0S de <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/marjolainebernard.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/23\/sucre-de-fleurs\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/marjolainebernard.com\/index.php\/2022\/05\/23\/sucre-de-fleurs\/\" target=\"_blank\">sucre de sureau<\/a><br>3 c\u00e0S de sucre de canne blond<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">Garniture aux fraises<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un saladier, coupez les fraises en morceaux, sauf quelques-unes, que vous garderez pour le dressage.<br>Versez le sirop de sureau sur les fraises, puis m\u00e9langez.<br>Mettez la pr\u00e9paration de c\u00f4t\u00e9, en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<br>Personnellement, quand je peux, je pr\u00e9pare la garniture aux fraises 24 heures \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, afin d&#8217;obtenir un maximum de jus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">Mousse au sureau<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parez les blancs des jaunes de 3 \u0153ufs.<br>M\u00e9langez les 40 g de sucre de sureau et les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153uf jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br>Ajoutez le mascarpone au fouet.<br>Montez les blancs en neige. Ajoutez un peu de sucre de sureau pour former une meringue.<br>Incorporez la meringue d\u00e9licatement \u00e0 la spatule au m\u00e9lange pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">G\u00e9noise<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9parez les blancs et les jaunes des 3 \u0153ufs restants.<br>M\u00e9langez 2 c\u00e0S de sucre de canne blond et les jaunes d&#8217;\u0153uf jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br>Ajoutez la farine et la f\u00e9cule, puis m\u00e9langez.<br>Montez les blancs en neige. Ajoutez 1 c\u00e0S de sucre de canne blond pour former une meringue.<br>\u00c0 la spatule, incorporez la meringue \u00e0 la p\u00e2te.<br>Pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 175\u00b0C.<br>Pendant ce temps, chemisez une plaque de cuisson.<br>\u00c9talez-y la pr\u00e9paration de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne, et mettez \u00e0 cuire \u00e0 mi-hauteur pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#5e3725\">Dressage<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Coupez la g\u00e9noise en deux, et installez une moiti\u00e9 au fond d&#8217;un plat.<br>\u00c9talez une couche de fraises au sirop sur la g\u00e9noise, en prenant soin d&#8217;imbiber celle-ci de sirop de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne. <br>Recouvrez de mousse au sureau.<br>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez les op\u00e9rations pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes avec la deuxi\u00e8me moit\u00e9 de g\u00e9noise.<br>Installez les fraises enti\u00e8res pour la touche d\u00e9co.<br>Placez votre tiramisu sureau-fraises au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant au moins 3 heures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NB :<\/strong> Plus votre tiramisu sureau-fraises passera de temps \u00e0 reposer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur, plus les saveurs auront le temps de s&#8217;harmoniser et offrir tout leur bouquet.
