Pour ce faire, en plus de se parer de couleurs fabuleuses, nombreuses sont celles qui d\u00e9veloppent des effluves d\u00e9licieuses. Les essences de ces fleurs sont tr\u00e8s fragiles et peuvent facilement \u00eatre \u00e9cras\u00e9es sous le parfum cors\u00e9 des sucres crus. Dans la mesure du possible, je les renvoie dans la nature, et je vous encourage \u00e0 en faire de m\u00eame. <br>Pesez vos fleurs, et ajoutez 5 fois leur poids de sucre. Par exemple, si vous avez 100 g de fleurs, ajoutez 500 g de sucre.<br>Mettez l&#8217;ensemble dans votre robot mixeur, et mixez pendant 4 minutes. <br>\u00c9talez un papier alimentaire sur une plaque allant au four. <br>Le sucre va capter l&#8217;humidit\u00e9 des fleurs, \u00e0 la suite de quoi il vous faudra l&#8217;\u00e9taler sur votre plaque.<br>Lorsque la saison le permet, j&#8217;opte pour un s\u00e9chage avec la chaleur ambiante de ma v\u00e9randa. Si vous avez une option \u00e9quivalente, pensez aux \u00e9conomies d&#8217;\u00e9nergie ! Dans ce cas, couvrez votre sucre de fleurs d&#8217;un linge propre et notez que la dur\u00e9e de s\u00e9chage sera variable. <br>Si vous n&#8217;avez pas assez de chaleur naturelle, allumez le four \u00e0 50 \u00b0C, et mettez le sucre de fleurs \u00e0 d\u00e9shydrater pendant 2 heures.<br>En s\u00e9chant, le sucre va former des blocs, qu&#8217;il sera n\u00e9cessaire de s\u00e9parer afin d&#8217;obtenir un sucre en poudre.<br>Pour cela, mixez l&#8217;ensemble \u00e0 nouveau, ce qui sera la solution la plus rapide. Vous pouvez aussi concasser le sucre \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un pilon. Personnellement, apr\u00e8s des heures d&#8217;\u00e9queutage, je m&#8217;offre le luxe de l&#8217;option mixeur.<br>Mettez votre sucre de fleurs en pot, et conservez-le \u00e0 l&#8217;abri de la lumi\u00e8re et de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9gustez vos sucres de fleurs avec vos yaourts et fromages frais pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, dans des entremets, ou m\u00e9langez-les avec des fruits frais de saison. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque pot de sucre de fleurs est une capsule temporelle, qui vous permet, en toute saison, d&#8217;associer des parfums qui ne se rencontreraient jamais dans la nature.
